Investment castings include stainless steel, alloy steel, water pump with heat resistance steel, valves, pipes, hardware parts used on boating and automobile industry. Stamping and deep drawing parts include stainless steel internal bladder of drinking machine, hot pot and heating appliances, spare parts of material pressing machines, all kinds of blade, water groove, soybean milk machines and so on. Forging parts include all kinds of mechanical and automobile transmission shafts, gear shafts, vehicle connecting rod, lift accessories and so on. Shafts include electric motor shaft, gear shaft and transmission shafts and so on. Machining parts include spare parts of all kind machines, pumps, valve and automobile parts. Products are widely marketed in Europe, American, Australia, Taiwan and other areas or countries. Our products are well appraised by customers from home and abroad. Our company has two lines with silica sol process, two lines with stamping process, one line for forging and 2 lines for machining, the product weight we produce ranges from 0.002KG to 250KG, the largest size is 1500mm-1500mm-2000mm, the surface roughness can reach Ra0.04-6.4, we control the tolerance based on ISO standard, and chemical analysis is made through spectral device. We can deal with the surface treatments such as surface pickled, sand blasting, polishing, electrolytic polishing, electroplate, dipping, electrophoresis and so on. Our company has obtained quality system certificate of ISO2008, and verified by Japan hydrographic Institute and drinking water machines industry.
